What does it cost me?

Nothing. Brokerage is paid by the firms that receive your brief — flat fee for vetting + introduction. For you the form and the three quotes are free. No obligation, you can decline all three.

Why three firms? Why not five?

Three is the sweet spot. Fewer = no price anchor. More = you get lost across five quotes — three you read, five you skim. Three serious quotes beat five rushed ones.

What if none of the quotes fit?

Happens. Usually it's budget vs. real cost — we refine the brief and forward it again, or hand you over to a partner architect (not brokerage). At no extra cost.

Is this an AI thing?

The brief intake is structured (faster than a human operator). Vetting is manual — registers, reviews, phone calls. Manual because AI can't reliably spot fake Google reviews or "directors with a past". We keep that human.

How many firms pass "filter 7"?

Of the 1,083 Prague firms listed on NejŘemeslníci, around 11 % currently meet all seven criteria (~120 firms). Each brief goes to a shortlist from that group — not "anyone registered".

Do you guarantee the work?
